Everybody at this company is working together as an ambitious team of entrepreneurs, project managers, operators and more, looking to grow the business throughout Australia.


As a Sales Support Consultant, you will be working closely together with the Account Director across creative sales projects, being the first point of contact for clients, identifying trends and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.


You will be the glue between the teams to make sure client delivery is managed on time and within budget and will thrive on juggling multiple projects at one time, communicating with a range of stakeholders including clients, suppliers and installers, developing briefs with the goal being to deliver projects to the highest standards.

You will work in a transparent, fast-growing and inspirational environment in which you are able to take the lead over your own career and will get challenged on a daily basis

Some day to day activities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with existing clients and keeping on top of briefs
  • Supporting Account Managers & creative teams with design briefs, ensuring the smooth running & understanding of client needs
  • Consistently looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Creatively sourcing materials that are needed for the brief, thinking outside of the box
