About the role:

We're looking for a FP&A Manager to join our Hygiene Business. This is a role that offers more than just numbers. You will be instrumental in constructing a full-picture narrative of our company's financial health.

Your responsibilities:

In summary, you'll:

  • Business partner with all Commercial Teams and Senior Management to develop and build strong relationships
  • Work with all stakeholders of CFC's to drive efficiencies, save costs and challenge the status quo to ensure targets are delivered. Identify opportunities and push them through to deliver improvements.
  • Manage and develop direct reports ensuring that each respective function receive the right level of financial input, support and challenge.
  • Coach the wider Finance team to ensure a smooth Forecast and Month End proces
  • Drive business performance through aligning local Market decisions with Area and Global priorities
  • Analyse financial data to provide insight that will inform cost management and profit maximisation.

  • Proven expertise in audit, financial accounting, or corporate finance within dynamic business environments.
  • Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • A forwardthinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • A resultsdriven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes.
