About the Role


We are looking for people with friendly and warm personalities, enthusiasm and drive We are looking for a professional wanting to join a close-knit team based in Baulkham Hills.

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties

  • Deliver professional customer service
  • Work within a highperforming and dynamic environment
  • Retain existing customers, clients, and accounts
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Using SAP to process orders and follow up queries
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and stabilising a strong relationship with Sales Representatives within the business
  • Adhoc customer service and administration duties

About You
***You will be available from Monday to Friday on an 8:30am - 5:00pm shift. You will have impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven customer service experience within an office environment would be highly regarded but most importantly you will have a can-do attitude and be proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This opportunity may also require you to convert square meters into linear meters and read floor plans, so a basic understanding of mathematics would be ideal.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience within an office environment
  • Strong and reliable work history _more than two years per organisation_
  • Proven experience using SAP _not essential but highly regarded_
  • Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience _not essential but highly regarded_
  • Understanding of Excel formulas and functions
  • Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Two valid working references and willingness to undergo a national police check
  • Humble attitude, strong team player mentality, and willingness to go the extra mile
