  • We're looking for a dedicated
-
contact centre/sales professional to join our passionate Teleaudiology Team.
  • Making contact with clients through primarily outbound channels, you will play an important role within our business as the first point of contact for new customers, and delighting our existing clients with a positive, helpful experience to support them in managing their hearing health. (Warm leads only.)
  • You'll be working as part of a professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Full training and ongoing support provided.
  • This is a permanent fulltime role, with usual working hours between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

    What will you be doing?
  • Making outbound sales calls to warm leads
  • Following up with existing clients, encouraging them to upgrade to later technology, using eHealth tools to ensure high quality outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Building strong rapport with leads and clients
  • Using eHealth tools to provide counselling, advice, and assist clients with tailored hearing solutions, including assisting clients with online hearing aid orders and making clinic bookings.
  • Connecting with people who've taken our online hearing test to discuss their results and assist them in the next steps of their hearing journey,
  • Documenting customer communication and actions into CRM
  • Generating clinic bookings and processing sales over the phone
  • Using CRM to actively follow up and convert existing sales leads

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • You will be communicating with people with hearing impairment on a daily basis. To be successful in the role it is vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience.
  • Uncompromising client service excellence and understanding that success depends on being able to demonstrate value to the customer
  • Outstanding communication and rapport building ability, particularly over the phone to clients and prospects
  • Ability and drive to learn new products and services in the health and wellbeing industry
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and changing situations whilst keeping an optimistic perspective
  • Ability to be adaptive, flexible and resilient in an rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to establish and build rapport with prospects, existing Clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to overcome the obstacles placed by clients with not just patience and empathy, but also determination
  • Ability to be proactive, cooperative and selfmotivated, and to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Intermediate PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and ideally experience with CRM/call centre software
  • Previous experience in a sales, retail, customer service, medical, health or call centre role
  • An interest in sales, audiology, health and telehealth, and/or consumer electronics and technology
