An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced
Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team in East Victoria Park.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the main purpose of this role will be to provide overall support to the Accounts Receivable function, and act as backup for the Accounts team during busy periods as required.


This is a part-time permanent role offering 25 hours per week - 5 hours per day Monday - Friday. Exact hours can be discussed.

How you will make an impact:

  • Completing daily bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring all unidentified deposits are transferred to the correct debtor accounts within a reasonable time frame
  • Preparing daily deposits for banking
  • Correct allocation of settlements as per remittance advices provided by the customer
  • Providing backup for debt collections
  • Admin duties such as; raising invoices, preparing deal coversheets, data entry
  • Ensuring all applicable monthend deadlines for reporting are met
  • Ad hoc duties as required

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar/Accounts Receivable role desirable
