Your Opportunity
Located in Sydney, you will perform a range administrative tasks vital to the efficient management of services reporting under the General Managers portfolio, including working closely with Directors of Care and the Senior Leadership Team SLT) as well as MA's National Office to ensure all and any administration duties are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Complete a range of administration tasks and provide secretarial support to the General Manager including coordinating meetings, managing their calendar and dealing with travel requests.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and agendas and relateddocuments, newsletters, correspondence, spreadsheets and memos
  • Contribute to improving administrative processes.
  • Work in consultation with the Directors of Care and Director of Nursing to maintain and adhere to all internal and external policies and procedures
  • Liaise with the team to successfully implement new staff onboarding and offboarding process
  • Other adhoc administrative duties

Requirements for Success

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fastpaced administrative role with strong organizational and management skill
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications.
  • Excellent customer service and able to demonstrate a positive and approachable manner
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
