ABOUT YOU:

  • Strong understanding of front of house, back of house and hotel operations
  • High communication skills that flow into a professional and friendly manner with a willingness to learn every aspect of the business
  • Ability to understand and manage the P&L, COGS and business expenses to high level.
  • Experience in a management role within the hospitality world, ideally within a luxury property
  • Leading, inspiring and developing an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to achieve agreed goals;
  • Take pride and ensure that every guest has had an experience that exceeds their expectations and reviews.

SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS:

  • Must have a la carte experience
  • Good wine knowledge and WSET highly regarded
  • Passion, energy and enthusiasm and a proven track record of leading, motivating and growing successful and loyal teams.
  • Ensuring the products and services delivered are consistently of the highest quality and continually improved
  • A thorough understanding of the business model and the ability to implement continuous and positive change as necessary in order to grow profit in all areas of the business and across all market segments
  • Actively providing an handson management of the business, and ensuring all reporting requirements and administrative tasks are completed by all due dates.
