Job Description:

If your passion is luxury and guest experience, this special role may be for you. We are currently seeking a full time Luxury Experience Executive to join our Club Millesime team.

As the Luxury Experience Executive, you will take care of our loyalty guests from food services to check ins and check outs whistle maximising the guest experience and portray the Sofitel brand standards.


What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring the seamless experience of our most loyal and VIP guests
  • Responsible for the day to day operation of the exclusive Club Millesime
  • Working collaboratively across all departments to drive the guest experience
  • Leading and supervising ambassadors in the delivery of guest service, F&B and Front Office service standards
  • Managing online guest reviews and the successful delivery of guest amenities

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

  • Front Office or Food and Beverage Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel is desired
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Experience with Opera PMS highly desired
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
