What will your role involve?


This is your opportunity to be a part of our
Digital Careers Program, a unique, entry-level opportunity that provides our Trainees with the skills and knowledge required to build a fulfilling career in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).


Commencing July 2023, this two-year traineeship includes the opportunity to work in a service desk and field support role or a cybersecurity role and undertake a Certificate IV or Diploma in an ICT-related area.

You will receive support and guidance from an assigned coach and the Digital Careers Program Coordinator to develop your skills and knowledge.

Our commitment to inclusion and diversity

Successful applicants will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Information Technology or equivalent (or working towards completion by July 2023)
  • A passion for technology and people that recognise the importance of a customercentric approach to their work
  • Knowledge of computers including an understanding of the installation and configuration of technology
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
  • NSW Driver's licence or equivalent (or the ability to obtain before July 2023)

_Please note:
the traineeship will provide you with a Certificate IV in Information Technology. If you hold a current Certificate IV in an IT related field you will be ineligible to apply._
