About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our high performing Finance department. This
Full-Time opportunity will work across all entities under the Wests Group, responsible for providing accounts support.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the processing of high volume accounts payable
  • Ensure appropriate manager approvals are received prior to processing
  • Assist with the processing of payment runs and upload to bank
  • Collate information to reconcile and process credit card statements
  • Export beverage invoices and import to stock system
  • Liaise with creditors when required
  • Assist with the processing of invoices
  • Assist with account reconciliations

About you
With a solid background in Accounts and Administration, you will be passionate about numbers, organised, proactive, and thrive in a detail orientated environment
