We are looking for a Client-side Project Manager or Development Manager eager to expand and diversify their skills across various project types and the entire development life cycle.

Reporting to the Director of Blare Management, you should have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, and hold qualifications in Architecture, Construction, or Civil Engineering. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing the definition of project goals and objectives in a new development.
  • Representing the Principal in coordinating all professional, technical, and administrative services.
  • Preparing Consultants briefs, analyzing proposals, and appointing Consultants.
  • Overseeing the achievement of project goals and objectives.
  • Preparing DA's and managing Time, Cost, Quality, Safety, Design, and Stakeholder aspects.
  • Liaising with local authorities and managing contractual relationships between parties.
  • Participating in Budget, Cashflow, and Cost management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
  • Managing documents committing Clients and/or Blare Management.
  • Understanding the D&BP Act.

This role at Blare Management offers involvement in the full lifecycle of property development, providing exposure to construction and project management within a dynamic team.
