Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation, tracking, and implementation of DA+CC and CDC+OC documents.
  • Procurement: Source and procure necessary materials and services for projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation.
  • Invoicing Support: Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices for clients.
  • Quotation Analysis: Evaluate and analyze quotations from suppliers and contractors.
  • Contract Administration Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration is required.
  • Tender and Contract Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and contracts.
  • Record Keeping and Drawing Management: Maintain accurate records of drawings and registers.
  • Support to the Director: Provide administrative support to the Director as needed.
  • Filing and Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for project documents.
  • Site Attendance: Attend site visits as required to monitor project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed or currently studying Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant course from a well-recognised institution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak English at a professional level.
  • Professional Appearance and Manner: Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Punctuality and Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be punctual, with a willingness to work flexible hours as required.
  • Organisation and Attention to Detail: Possess good organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is required.
  • Ability to Prioritise Tasks: Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Enthusiasm to Learn: Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm to learn and implement new procedures.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for site visits.
