The Role:


As a Principal Technical Services professional, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven revolution, wielding the power of analytics and automation to shape the future of our Onslow Iron Project.

This role is an exhilarating blend of strategy, innovation, and collaboration, where you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organisation's success.


Imagine being the driving force behind the design, collection, and delivery of key reporting systems for demand chain product movements.

You'll lead the charge in developing crucial metrics and reporting structures as part of our integrated planning process, while seamlessly collating data from stakeholders across the project.

What We're Looking For:

  • Drive datadriven excellence: Lead the design, collection, and delivery of key reporting systems for demand chain product movements, empowering datadriven decisionmaking and strategic outcomes.
  • Automation and optimisation: Implement automation strategies, transforming manual tasks into automatic functionality, and optimise processes to maximise efficiency and performance.
  • Integration and data expertise: Leverage your experience in operational technology environments to integrate systems, ensure data accuracy, and create structured reporting systems.
  • Impactful metrics development: Develop key metrics and reporting structures as part of an integrated planning process, enabling informed decisionmaking and driving performance improvement.
  • Be a catalyst for change: Take ownership of your results and behaviours as an individual contributor, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to achieve strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Diploma Qualification or higher, specialist qualification or equivalent in science, technology or data management
  • 5+ Years in experience in working in operational technology environment with integration between systems
  • High level experience and expertise with data reporting systems and structures
  • The ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of staff and management
  • Experience in an onsite operational mining environment is essential
  • A flexible mindset, problemsolving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to establish productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
