ABOUT THE JOB

  • Partner with business and Zero Harm function to codevelop the zero harm strategy incorporating group, business and sector priorities and objectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to effectively deliver programs, initiatives and tenders in order to achieve objectives.
  • Actively monitor performance and facilitate zero harm meetings to review performance, programs, initiatives, incidents, current and emerging risks, control effectiveness and client requirements.
  • Assess competencies and effectiveness of zero harm advisors and line managers to identify strengths and development opportunities, coach and mentor for improved outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Qualifications in HSE Management, business, risk or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles
  • Experience in Maintenance, Heavy Industry and Power Generation would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary zero harm concepts
  • Ability to engage, communicate and establish relationship with various stakeholder including client and regulatory bodies
  • Highly collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and implement strategic change
