Centre Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at Milestones Early Learning Flinders View.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing centre operations to meet compliance and financial targets
- Creating long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and increasing occupancy of the service
- Mentoring and supporting the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children's Check
- Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
