As a Customer Growth Consultant, you will join a fun and collaborative team of problem solvers who are enthusiastic about finding solutions to our customer's troubles and strive to resolve every enquiry without the need for follow-up.

We are passionate about creating a lasting impression on our customers and this role is pivotal in achieving that.
What you'll do

You will receive comprehensive paid training, starting with 4 weeks of classroom-based, highly-supported learning before moving on to buddying on calls before you graduate to taking your own calls.

Your resilience and hard-working nature will ensure you can find solutions for customers using your exceptional negotiation skills to ensure our existing pet parents understand the value of retaining their pet insurance.


You will:
Answer all inbound calls and respond to all inbound emails to a high quality for customer retention (saves) and sales
Educate, advocate and positively influence customers to make the best decision for their pets
Take ownership of customer issues with a focus on a resolution
Be an excellent, clear communicator
Demonstrate a strong level of resilience
Work collaboratively with various teams at Pet Sure
Make outbound calls to follow up on new policy enquiries
Gather and share insights to help improve our products and services

This role will work to a rostered schedule, with shifts on a rolling basis starting between 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday.

While on shifts starting at 8 or 9am, this role will be hybrid with office attendance in Chatswood 3 days during those weeks.

Later shifts will be remote.
What you'll bring

Proven experience in a retention or sales role
Experience working in a contact centre environment
Previous insurance experience preferred but not essential
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
A knack for successfully handling objections
Keen attention to detail
Great problem solver and ability to think outside the box
Pet parent or pet advocate
