About the role

  • Management of all HSEQ systems
  • Lead and manage two direct reports
  • Lead for ISO audits including all preparation and closing out of audit items
  • Lead for all incident investigations
  • Management of all training, VOC's, inductions, licences in line with regulatory requirements and best practice
  • Lead for all injury management & Workcover claims
  • Management of all insurance claims
  • Ensuring adherence to specification and standards of quality, safety and environment
  • Driving best practice in HSEQ
  • Being up to date with all regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Conducting regular site audits
  • Chair for HSE committee

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Current drivers licence
  • Qualification in WH&S preferred
  • Construction industry experience
  • MS Office computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Previous leadership experience in HSEQ preferred
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • A can do attitude
