  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing Agile based IT project delivery
  • Engage and manage Escalations/Large Blockers beyond squad/Engagement (Business & Domains) Reporting to PAL/Dependency Management
  • Experience in managing account financials top line and bottom line
  • Experience in resource capacity planning, management, and project forecasting
  • Manage multiple squads, scrum masters and release leads to ensure smoother delivery
  • Be a catalyst for team to come up with business and technologyoriented innovations

  • Experienced in planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project, or overseeing multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Tasks include managing project direction, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk and procurement.
  • Accountability for the outcomes covering scale, complexity and cost
  • Technical leadership in designing, coding and validating technical solutions
  • Leading and mentoring engineer's laser focus on automation, cloud and DevOps engineering techniques
  • Working at a senior level across the programme team, collaborating with architects, engineers
  • Provide Technical leadership Facilitating rapid decision making for the team
