The role:
We are looking for an Analyst Programmer to join our Third-line (Level 3) Support Team to provide technical support and maintenance services to clients using our core banking system.
Key accountabilities:
Quality Software Corrections Build and deliver quality software corrections adhering to Ultradata specifications and standards Recommend ideas to change design as necessary Review software corrections and change requests contributed by other Thirdline Support team members to ensure quality and consistency are maintained Guide other Third-line Support team members Case Management Resolve client support cases independently Escalate support cases to project or development teams as appropriate Manage client communications Assist in after-hours support as needed Process improvement Create and update procedures to improve the efficiency of the Third-line Support Team and other Ultradata teams Collaborate with other Ultradata teams to proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies Provide regular feedback to other Ultradata teams to improve the product suite or develop new products/services Reporting & Administration Skills and experience required for the role: Must have around 3 to 5 years of PICK/Uni Verse programming experience Mandatory experience working in support or development functions that require coding programs, assessing log files and providing bug fixes Should have a strong ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.
