We are seeking a
Human Resources Talent Partner to join us who is passionate about what they do and has demonstrated experience working in a similar role.


A hybrid role based out of our offices in North Sydney and Parramatta, the purpose of the Human Resources Talent Partner is to primarily work closely with the Human Resources team and managers across the business to support and facilitate the talent acquisition agenda. Additionally, the HR Talent Partner will provide generalist HR support to a number of business units, helping to drive their people agenda.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a talent/recruitment focused role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns using direct to market channels
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources
  • Good working knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Financial or Professional services experience desirable
  • Strong written and communication skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely advice
  • Experience collaborating to make daily decisions and action various HR issues including:
  • Recruitment strategies
  • ER advice and employee matters
  • Coaching managers through HR processes
