We can accommodate 8 to 150 delegates, in our 9 modern and stylish suites, making us the ideal destination for small to mid-sized events in Melbourne.


The hotel also offers unique social settings, with exclusive use of the roof top sun deck, or sumptuous Gold Suite, with tailored beverage and canapé packages available.


Job Description:

The Reservations Manager is a key role within our hotel team.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and working closely with the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Reservations Department, including supervision of the Reservations Agents and will work towards driving client reservations and revenue into the hotel.


Qualifications:

You are the type of person who loves to make people feel welcome and valued. Creating a sense of belonging comes naturally to you and you enjoy solving problems with genuine empathy.


You will have a natural ability to interact with people from all walks of life and you will have great communication as well as administration skills.


Ideally you will have a working knowledge of hotel Front Office procedures and have worked in a Front Office environment previously.

Experience with a Hotel PMS such as Opera preferred but not essential.

Available to work Monday to Friday and some weekends as rostered and full right to work in Australia.
