Group Reservations Supervisor on a part-time basis.

_Position Summary:
_

  • Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes.
  • Implement Reservations procedures according to Marriott standard.
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with different channels.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
  • Verify availability of room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Input and access data in reservation system.
  • Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests.
  • Setup proper billing accounts according to Finance policies.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or escalate/refer to appropriate individual

About You:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Selfmotivated, driven and energized in a fastpaced environment
