Your new role:

Customer advisors are usually the first point of contact for all Bupa customers.

You will be taking inbound calls and helping with a range of complex questions and claims pertaining to their Health Insurance cover.

You will be a key part of a company that delivers the best customer service in the industry, putting the customer at the heart of what you do, taking ownership and accountability for each customer interaction.


You will be working fulltime equating to 38 hours per week Monday - Friday on a rotational roster between 8am-8pm AEST.


Our commitment to your development:


During the first few weeks you will complete a comprehensive and immersive remote training program, led by our experienced training team, to set you up for success in your role.

The program includes a virtual classroom, e-learning, product and knowledge training, and gives you access to our state-of-the-art knowledge base system, "Know-It".

Your learning and development doesn't stop there, we keep our teams small to support you in what can sometimes be a tough role to ensure we always support you.

We give frequent coaching from both our dedicated coaches and team leaders and want to help you realise your potential and will be there every step of the way

With your unique desire to help our customers you will ensure they are always satisfied

In addition:

  • Have recent customer service experience in a related environment.
  • You make others feel comfortable by conveying your interest in what they have to say.
  • Have a creative outlook to problem solving and challenge the status quo.
  • You're diligent with your work, including customer privacy.
  • Have the ability to tailor what you are saying and how you are saying it to individual needs.
  • The ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a disciplined virtual environment
  • You are able to remain calm under the stress of backtoback calls.
  • Be tech savvy with the ability to work across multiple IT platforms and screens effortlessly.
  • Already have or have the ability to obtain NBN internet that has a bandwidth of 50mbps or greater.
