Service Desk Specialist.
You will be part of our Service Desk team who provide IT support to our Support Office and large store network.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and responding to IT queries including trouble shooting scanner, POS system technical issues and a multitude of Support Office inquiries
- Ensure every phone query is dealt with professionally and recorded in our system
- Work with the Senior Service Desk Specialists and wider IT team to problem solve and follow up on queries.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a retail IT environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft desktop operating systems, PC hardware, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- You'll be a customer service champion, have proven success working under pressure in a fast paced environment

This is a full time 38 hour per week role, working a rotating roster over 7 days, which include morning, afternoon and night shifts.
