You'll be at the forefront of shaping the delivery of our client's Service Desk operations in Australia, providing unparalleled technical support for their customers' software, hardware, and database quandaries.

Requirements:

  • Working experience within the Retail or SaaS sector would be ideal.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Service Desk IT Leadership role.
  • Experience building and managing a service desk team.
  • Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, general networking and communications, computer hardware and associated peripherals
  • Have strong customer service skills and customer empathy, to provide excellence in support delivery
  • Skilled in MySQL, SOAP API, Web skills and techniques
  • Analytical skills including analysis of data to drive improvements against KPIs
  • To be flexible to work out of hours (as and when required)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
