Department Manager


Our client is a powerhouse, with proven progression and development plans that can cater to your career aspirations both FOH and BOH.

With a roster that enables you to have a FULL weekend off every second week.

A nice mix of early starts with an early finish and a few late starts with closes in the mix, you can book your brunch catch ups, gym sessions, personal maintenance, or drop/pick up the kiddies and have a routine.

You will need to thrive on your team's development and ongoing coaching to reach their full potential.

This is a 'hands on' role, so you must love creating an inclusive culture and have a strong team retention in your current/previous roles.

To be successful you will need to possess

  • High skills in your people's development, having coached, inspired and lead teams of at least 1
  • Expose to business analytics in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated skills in stock logistics
  • Strong operational & time management
  • Great customer service, relationship building skills
  • Must have a "can do" positive approach to all situations, where looking for a motivating leadership style
