MEGT Recruitment and Management Services is currently seeking a motivated, organised and career driven individual who is focused on securing and completing a Certificate III in Business over a 12 month period.

This is an amazing opportunity to gain an accredited qualification as well as real on the job skills, in a friendly and supportive working environment.

This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd.

The primary focus of this role will be to learn all about Payroll processing, together with developing skills across Human Resources and Administration functions.


What will you be doing?

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of weekly payroll runs
  • Assist with end of month and end of year payroll processes
  • Assist with administration functions relating to payroll and HR administration functions
  • Assist in coordinating new staff contracts and end of contracts
  • Assist with other payroll and administrative duties within the People & Safety team as required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively & cooperatively as part of a fabulous team
  • Good customer service skills, demonstrating a mature and professional approach
  • Ensure that all data and information is held securely, respecting strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Computer literate and experienced with the Microsoft suite
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
