What are we looking for?


We have a fantastic opportunity in our Ringwood office for a positive, energetic and highly motivated person to join our Medical Law team.

This is a full time role however flexible work arrangements will be considered.

  • This role will have you responsible for providing support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development

Daily duties will include:

  • File administration
  • Diary management and arranging appointments
  • Communicating with clients, medical practitioners and lawyers
  • Generating & editing correspondence
  • Compiling court documents
What will you bring?- Experience with Microsoft office suite

  • Outstanding communication and customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • A willingness to learn
  • A diploma and/or experience in the legal field will be highly regarded but not essential.
