  • We currently have an opening for a Scheduling Support Specialist (SSS) based either in Sydney or Melbourne office. The Scheduling Support Specialist will handle various scheduling support activities with growing complexity requiring technical knowledge of systems and procedures under direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent performs various location scheduling service support activities and is responsible for ensuring all field engineering work is closed out and issues resolved as this has a direct impact on achieving corporate and operations objectives of effectively utilizing Field Engineering resources globally.
  • Under the direct supervision of Location Services Scheduling Manager, this position is responsible for executing Location Scheduling Service support:
  • Interacts with Consultant Field Engineers, Engineering Managers, Schedulers and Work Assignment team members within assigned field territory, to support and facilitate timely closing of Engineering Work Orders.
  • Generates various Audit Reports, interacts with Field Engineers, Engineering Managers, Schedulers and Work Assignment team members to resolve discrepancies.
  • Understanding and Analysing trends from reports and escalating them to concerned stakeholders for immediate action
  • Transmits Engineering correspondences to Clients in a timely manner.
  • Performs follow up activity with our clients for loss prevention recommendations made at the request of Consultant Field Engineers within assigned field territory in support of operations and corporate risk improvement objectives.
  • Deliver onboarding presentations to new Consultant Field Engineers to train them in scheduling practices and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree would be desirable
  • Preferably minimum 2+ years work experience in an office environment, supporting a work group and/or manager. Preferably within Engineering operations support or Logistics operations support.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and teamoriented

  • Strong problemsolving capability
  • Strong planning and interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Customer service oriented
