Our client is an expanding company who provide drug and alcohol testing in the workplace, with 90+ collectors they looking for a Scheduler who is dynamic and enjoys a fast-paced role. The role is extremely varied and can have a heavy volume at times, which will require you to have a proven ability to multi-task, work autonomously and be a great problem solver.

This role will directly report to the Operations Manager and duties will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee the scheduling team to ensure scheduling deadlines are met and information is accurate
  • Scheduling all random drug and alcohol testing jobs (Australia & New Zealand)
  • Create and manage customer testing frequencies and putting together and uploading schedules
  • Scheduling collectors to be on call and making live changes where necessary
  • Requesting schedules from clients and inputting requested dates
  • Sending the schedule to clients and collectors
  • Scheduling nurses into flu vaccination programs and confirm shifts with the client
  • Scheduling paramedic rosters & confirm shifts with the client
  • Set up clients, sites and projects for new and existing customers
  • Book travel for employees, collectors, nurses and paramedics, and manage travel related budgets.
  • Timesheet management

About you

  • You will have proven experience in a roster support or workforce scheduling role
  • Be highly organised and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally have experience working in the healthcare or disability services industry
  • Be competent in using technology and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Be able to quickly resolve problems and find solutions for unique challenges
  • Strong customer service skills and be a strong communicator.
  • Database administration experience essential
