The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of the Eat Walk Engage program on designated wards at Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals, by facilitating the implementation of initiatives that will prevent delirium for older inpatients by providing high level expertise in clinical service delivery; project management and project coordination; education and training; and stakeholder engagement, liaison and negotiation at all levels.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with consumers, colleagues and stakeholders to inform and influence clinical outcomes and behaviour change
- Ability to monitor and report on clincia work practices and outcomes as well as intiate, plan and evaluate lical service improvoements iniaitieives.
