About the Job
This is a newly created role which provides an exciting opportunity to make it your own.

Working closely with the national facilities manager you will lead the facilities function across WA to ensure we provide exceptional guest experience.


  • Working closely with the national facilities manager and operations team you will develop the state plan for facilities for both hard and soft services
  • Partnering closely with contractors ensuring that they are meeting service level agreements, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure they are providing the most cost effective solutions
  • Challenge the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement for the service and integration of Facilities Management
  • Contribute to reporting of R&M expenditure including effective cost and P&L management
  • Deliver cost savings to the business by identify opportunities to reduce expenditure
  • You will be accountable for implementing and evaluating safe work practices

What we are looking for?

  • You will be an experience facilities manager ideally with experience in a large multi site environment if you have experience in hospitality even better
  • You will be able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, educating them to ensure we are continuous improving
  • Proven experience in budget management and analysing financials to identify cost savings
  • You will be able to manage conflicting priorities and juggle many different stakeholders
  • Ability to identify out of the box solutions to challenging issues
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where you will be hands on and no job is too big or too small. We pitch in together
