A day in the Life will see youDevelop insights and trend analysis to identify actionable insights that drive cost savings, operational improvements, or risk reduction across the networkCraft, develop and implement value-enhancing contractor KPIs which facilitate uplift in performance outcomesEnsure regulatory / statutory compliance activities are maintained across the portfolioField, triage and resolve complex / long-standing building and equipment issues through a sound knowledge of design and operation, lifecycle, and total cost of ownership Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX spend to budgetWhat's in your toolkitDemonstrated experience in delivering contract and / or facilities management across a multi-site network, with a focus on continuous improvement and qualitySolid ability to drive and effect change through clear communication, fact-based insights, and stakeholder management skillsSignificant experience managing and prioritising workload in a fast-paced, retail environmentStrong analytical capabilities, data-literate with the ability to interpret and translate ambiguous data / info into clear and logical reports which guide business directionFormal qualifications in engineering or facilities management desired, but not essentialA demonstrated understanding of facilities within fuel, food or convenience sector.
