Responsibilities :
Partnering with internal corporate teams to provide legal counsel to our clients in the mining, resources, and oil and gas industries. Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, agreements, and regulatory submissions. Advising on general commercial matters, proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Advising on environmental compliance matters.Requirements:
6+ years PQE, preferably in-house. Familiarity with environmental and mining regulation essential, preferably within the WA and NT jurisdictions. Experience advising on matters relating to Aboriginal heritage highly favourable. Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to work in fast-paced team environments.Why Join Axiom?
