About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Lawyer to join our Environment & Planning team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our leading Environmental & Planning partners to advise on Australia's largest energy, renewables, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize approval pathways for new projects
  • Conduct environmental assessments
  • Represent clients in planning appeals and planning panel hearings
  • Develop biodiversity offset strategies
  • Manage environmental licensing and secondary approvals

Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in environment & planning law
