Requirements
  • Between 2-6 years\u0027 post-admission experience in private practice;
  • A strong knowledge of commercial & corporate transactions;
  • The ability to identify key issues in a legal matter;
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively with clients;
  • The ability to work independently on a matter (with supervision);
  • Superior analytical, research, communication, and drafting skills; and
  • The ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
