Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales

  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals
  • Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and content creation
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and other key partners to promote the brand
  • Manage social media accounts and other digital marketing channels to engage with customers and promote the brand
  • Plan and execute events, such as product launches, trade shows, and conferences, to promote the brand and generate leads
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, feedback, and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
