We are on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. A part-time temporary position (for now), this pivotal role will see you responsible for expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and amplifying our brand's voice. What you'll do:

  1. Expand Audience Engagement and Reach:
    • Promote Job Opportunities: Craft compelling content to highlight job openings and attract potential candidates.
    • Share Market Insights: Write engaging blog posts that offer industry insights, recruitment tips, and career advice.
    • Enhance Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
    • Gather Feedback: Collect and analyse feedback from clients and candidates through surveys and testimonials to improve our services.
    • Regular Reporting: Provide detailed reports on audience engagement, content performance, and marketing metrics.
  2. Develop Launch Strategies:
    • New Service Launch: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to introduce new service offering to the market.
  3. Personal Branding:
    • Build Personal Brands: Assist key team members in establishing and maintaining strong personal brands through social media, thought leadership content, and public speaking opportunities.
    • Content Creation: Develop and manage content that enhances the personal branding of our consultants and positions them as industry experts.

The expertise and experience you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in marketing and social media management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and providing actionable insights.
  • Experience with content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
