THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager - Priority Customers owns and champions our customer's journey. Responsible for all aspects of the Nutrition Warehouse's Loyalty program from strategy to promotional implementation, automation, and personalisation strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Play a senior role in the Marketing team, leading the loyalty campaign, along with the Personal Trainer and Defence Force customer groups, living our values and driving our vision and purpose.
  • Identify and report on insights, develop strategies and deliver tactics for the loyalty campaign to maximise campaign performance, across both our extensive store network and online store.
  • Increase new customers, CLTV and retention measures of our loyalty program.
  • Develop opportunities for suppliers to be involved in the program to create an additional revenue stream for the business
  • Drive success of our marketing automations and maximise loyalty club member communications.
  • Partner with our operational leaders and store network, championing the loyalty program to ensure all elements of the company understand the strategy and its goals, and can effectively implement the strategy in their respective departments.

ABOUT YOU


Your experience in managing data driven, omnichannel marketing campaigns and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work with a variety of stakeholders will drive your success in this role.


  • 4+ years of experience in a retail/online marketing role
  • Experience working with, or implementing loyalty programs for retail preferred
  • A Degree/Certificate in marketing or similar field
  • Someone who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment be detail oriented and derive excitement from planning and executing programs flawlessly and delivering WOW for our members
  • A keen analytical mind you love digging into data to gain and share insights into customer behaviour
  • Demonstrated understanding of omnichannel strategies and tactics you're as comfortable creating instore campaigns as you are delivering online promotions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills a people person who loves to build a community
  • And most importantly, have a desire to learn and develop with the Brand, never settling for business as usual and looking to be stronger everyday.
