Background and experience

  • 8+ years Internal, corporate, or executive search experience
  • Ability to research and interpret insights from multiple sources and provide advice and guidance on complex issues.
  • Experience in strategic problem solving within a complex, multifaceted environment by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of confidence in shortlist presentations and creating the narrative.
  • Experience in leading, coaching and developing an engaged team of recruitment professionals.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve favourable results.
  • Refined interpersonal skills in establishing trust, managing ambiguity with an adaptive approach in real time to meet shifting deadlines.
  • Able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management to deliver on client's expectations.
  • Proven history of continuous improvement and identifying and executing on business opportunities to help drive brand growth further.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
