Responsibilities

  • Lead members through the lending process, from pre-qualification to closing.
  • Analyse financial details and suggest appropriate personal or home loan choices.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and terms with lenders.
  • Efficiently and accurately handle loan applications.
  • Maintain superb communication and develop solid relationships with clients.
  • Help in the team's growth by surpassing sales goals.

About You

  • Minimum 12 months of experience as a personal or home loan specialist or in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Passionate about assisting others and possessing a positive demeanor.
  • This role is based in-branch – you should be available to work 5 days a week at our Newcastle branch.
