Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with the working time directive and driver legislation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite.
- Numeracy: Strong numerical abilities.
- Quality Control: Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance.
- Performance Management: Meeting high-performance standards and achieving KPIs.
