About the role

Joining the team at Aruma means you'll be working closely with the National BDM Shared Living to explore new opportunities in the home and living sector while ensuring top-notch customer experiences. Your focus will be on engaging potential customers, optimizing sales growth, and expanding services.

This full-time position is ideally located in Ballarat, but applicants from Shepparton, Mildura, Swan Hill, Preston are also welcome. You'll split your time between working remotely with the Business Development Team and engaging locally with customers, Support Coordinators, and families. The role offers flexibility, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home or the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Attract new customers to the home and living portfolio.
  • Manage and grow the pipeline for home and living services.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth transition processes for customers.
  • Facilitate assessments and develop individual support plans for new customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback promptly.

About you

  • Background in Support Coordination, Home and living supports, and Business Development, with 2 to 3+ years' experience in the Disability Sector.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary Disability Services and NDIS customer funding.
  • Proficient in Intermediate Excel and SCOUT.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Hold a current Australian driver's licence and can travel intra state monthly.
