The role

This role will support the HPSP Division by working in close collaboration with the Statewide HIM-CC Network (SHIM-CNN) to continue the delivery and ongoing maintenance of the state-wide clinical coder training, development education program.

This role will also provide ongoing support and management of state-wide clinical coding related software and is responsible for vendor liaison, state-wide support and testing of the electronic clinical coding software.

The successful person


Ideally you will be able to work autonomously, but collaborate with stakeholders, to develop and facilitate detailed and specialty-specific clinical coding education programs using the principals of adult learning.

You will also be able to project manage, plan, organise, direct and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs.
