PFD Food Services began life in 1943 amid the noise and chaos of the Melbourne Fish Markets.

Expanding rapidly to meet the demand of an ever growing customer base, we are a national Australian food service company with over 800 company owned trucks and customer service focused drivers making daily deliveries.


With an extensive range of fresh meat and seafood, together with frozen products, drygoods, paper products and cleaning solutions for the Foodservice Industry, PFD has proven their unwavering commitment to their customers and are considered a source of innovation, a provider of insight, a solver of problems.

In 2021 PFD formed a partnership with another proud Australian company, Woolworths Group.

About the role:


This role will give you the opportunity to work as a part of a supportive team, but also grow and develop Bendigo and Macedon Ranges surrounding areas, the sky is the limit here, you really have the autonomy to grow your region and make strong and lasting relationships with your customers to make a real difference to their businesses You will need a good understanding of the FMCG industry and will gain an excellent understanding of the products PFD provides.


About you:

  • You will be a hardworking, committed and passionate with a cando attitude
  • Have excellent customer relationship skills to build strong and longlasting relationships.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail to ensure your customers get what they need, when they need it.
  • Experience in windows & office suite programs, confident in using todays gadgets, POS systems.
  • Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a larger team.
  • Awareness of HACCP & OH&S regulations
  • Be driven by the desire to hit and exceed targets and make the most of every opportunity
