  • Please assist us in covering an annual leave period;
  • Wonderful not-for-profit organisation;
  • Temporary assignment between 27 May to 1 July;
  • Police Check, WWCC and drivers licence required;
  • Use of company vehicle to travel between offices; and
  • $40 per hour + super.

Managing three offices in the locations of Collingwood, Abbotsford and Melton, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating building and facility management;
  • Purchasing and coordination of equipment;
  • Maintaining vendor relationships;
  • IT coordination and assistance, including basic support, set up and allocation of new equipment, and preparing new work stations;
  • Inventory control;
  • Assisting with any OHS related issues, including Safety Audits;
  • Managing fleet including servicing, repairs and bookings; and
  • Relief reception as required.

To assist with this position, you will require the following:

  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and Drivers Licence;
  • Experience with Office and Facilities Management;
  • The availability to assist Monday to Friday between 27th May and 1st July; and
  • An extremely warm, friendly and helpful manner.
