_ We are seeking an experienced IT Level 1 Help Desk Officer to provide quality support and assistance to the Respect environment, staff and residents. The role's primary aim is to ensure the proficient day-to-day functioning of the Information and Technology services and solutions._

Requirements:
Key duties include:
- Provide level 1 IT support for all IT related matters.
- Escalation of tickets to level
- Achieve agreed service level agreements.
- Contribute to IT projects.
- Any other associated task as directed by Respect.
What you can bring to the role:
- A completed ITIL foundations certification (desirable)
Previous Help Desk experience (highly desirable):
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
The following technical knowledge is strongly desired:
- G-Suite / Google workspace.
Office 36
- Microsoft Windows desktop Operating Systems.
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Exchange
