As a Workforce Support Officer you will create efficient rosters for Residential Care facilities and ensure that all shifts are filled to required service levels.
_ Key responsibilities_
- Maintain the rostering system (Etivity), ensuring staff details and availability are accurate and kept up to date and updating details in the system where required
- Prepare and distribute fortnightly rosters to allocated residential facilities ensuring compliance with OH&S, EBA and other legislative requirements
- Schedule rosters to maximise the utilisation of Amana Living staff in line with their availability, location and competency as listed in Etivity
- Efficiently roster residential and TCP staff to provide client services in residential care facilities in line with agreed care plans
- Attend to the telephone, responding to and managing the oncall staff support system in line with agreed plan
- Liaise with Service Managers and administrative staff to identify short or longterm changes to rostering support
- Process accurate payroll data and prepare fortnightly for payment
- Identify rostering gaps and make recommendations on the recruitment requirements per facility in terms of both volume and skill
- Ensure all daytoday unallocated services, occurring from unplanned Leave, have a suitable Amana Living replacement to attend
- Order vacant shifts from labour hire agencies in line with Amana Living approved agency allocation framework
- Collaborate with the team to analyse master rosters and make rostering improvements

_Essential Criteria_
- Minimum 2yrs rostering experience with knowledge of rostering and timekeeping systems in a large organisation
- Previous experience providing support and/or advice on the Etivity program for managers and staff _(desirable)_
- Background dealing with confidential personnel and / or business records
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prepare basic reports _(desirable)_
- Progressing towards a relevant qualification _(desirable)_
- Evidence of COVID19 and 2023 Flu vaccinations
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6months validity)_
- Successful completion of preemployment health form and reference checks
