The Role

As the Payroll and HR Administrator, you will support the greater payroll team of ma larger business, but focus specifically on the agriculture business preparing payroll, setting up and inputting new starters, checking timesheets, ensuring data is captured accurately and maintained correctly and other ad-hoc tasks required.

There are some basic HR functions generating contracts and changes of work conditions for our contractors. There is also some general administration.


The role is a permanent part time, approximately 24 hours per week with great flexibility except you will need to work a Monday and Tuesday.


The Person

To be successful:

  • You would have been involved with payroll processing historically.
  • Have a strong attention to detail including high levels of numeracy.
  • Exceptional Microsoft skills in word and excel primarily.
  • Have great communications skills to talk to contractors and clients.
  • Experience working with databases maintaining and updating employee records.
  • A work history communicating with contractors/staff to assist them in any payroll queries.
