The opportunity

Our Payroll & HR Co-ordinator is a key role, managing our monthly payroll for our Australian & NZ teams. In this role, you will be working closely with our outsourced provider, ADP, to ensure provision of accurate data within the required timelines. As part of our friendly and collaborative ANZ HR team, you will also assist with employee lifecycle management activities, including but not limited to, employment contracts, resolving employee queries, monthly reporting and employee engagement activities

This is a part time position working 15.2 hours a week across 2-3 days working in the office.

How you'll spend your day

Payroll Administration:


• Process monthly payroll files for all employees in Australia and New Zealand accurately and on time to upload to outsourced

provider.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.

HR Support:

Maintain Teva HR systems & personnel records, to ensure accurate provision of data. Prepare monthly reports as required. Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle management, Employment Contracts, HR policies & procedures and Organization Charts.

Your experience and qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and payroll administration. A competent administrator, preferably with experience gained in a HR environment, in a multi-national company Proficiency in payroll processing with an outsourced provider (preferably ADP)
Proficiency in HRIS software preferably SAP desirable Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. MS Office Proficiency in power point, word, excel and outlook
